New OIPE study – Energy Poverty in the EU

Presentation of the new study “Energy poverty in the European Union: an attempt at harmonised assessment”

Thanks to the collaboration with the “Banco dell’Energia” Foundation, OIPE is working on a harmonised measure of energy poverty among EU countries. The preliminary results of this exercise, based on EU-HBS data, were presented during the  sixth plenary of the Banco, held in Rome on 5 November 2024.
